- We want to provide a fair and honest platform for all planners, so we do not provide any enhanced or premium listings.
- Instead of the “pay-to-win” systems popular now, we use the following strategies to show couples the best match for them:
- We sort results by proximity to the couples’ venue
- We filter results based on services, expertise, rating, and other preferences the couples have expressed.
How do couples typically find and contact wedding planners through your directory?
- Couples will immediately be prompted with questions to narrow down their focus.
- Ie. “How involved do you want to be in the planning process? Is experience important to you when finding a wedding planner? Do you have any specific or special requirements for your wedding? Ie. religious, cultural, or traditional elements. Etc.”
- From there, they will receive crafted results of Planner Portfolios with the ability to adjust filters.
What kind of support or assistance do you provide to wedding planners using your platform?
- Wedding planners may seek information on our blogs, use our free Facebook group “The Wedding Planners” for community, education, and support, or connect with us through email for more assistance.
- Tutorials throughout each step will guide Wedding planners to create their best portfolio.
- Support tickets may take 24-72 hours for a response. We appreciate your patience.
What is your policy for reviews and ratings on the directory?
- Our on-site reviews are rated from 1-5 stars with the option to leave a comment.
- To maintain the integrity of reviews, we routinely monitor for inappropriate content, spam, or fake reviews.
- We strictly prohibit businesses from paying for or incentivizing customers to write positive reviews.
- We aim to provide transparency by displaying both positive and negative reviews, as long as they meet the site’s guidelines. This helps users make informed decisions.
- Businesses listed on the directory have the right to respond to reviews, allowing you to address concerns, clarify misunderstandings, or express gratitude for positive feedback.
Can I link to my website and social media profiles from my directory listing?
- We encourage you to provide as many links as you deem beneficial to your clients on your Planner Portfolio.

What is the renewal process for my listing, and how can I update my information?
- Upon the expiration of the initial term, our memberships are set to auto-renew. In the case you wish to cancel your membership, please provide written notice within 30 days of termination.
- If you need to update or change any of your information, you will be able to do so through your portal.
